Some of our potential customers may have some questions they would like answered regarding our cleaning services. Here are some questions we are frequently asked. If your question is not in the following list, please contact us.
1. How do I know I can trust DAGAL Cleaning Service?
- Our company was born from the verified need to respond to customer needs. In this context, we interact as a big family where we all identify with a common objective: Providing a quality service that the customer can trust. Each employee of the DAGAL Cleaning Service family presents themselves to the customer in duly uniformed and identified. All of our services are subject to regular supervision by a supervisor specially trained for this purpose. We are a licensed company and we guarantee the safety of your home and our employees through civil liability and work accident insurance, so that the well-being of everyone involved is safeguarded.
2. Who does DAGAL Cleaning Service hire to clean my house?
- All of our professionals undergo training in the area of cleaning, so that everyone has a common method of working. Our employees are always in proper uniform and, during cleaning services, they must always comply with established conduct: They must not eat, drink, smoke or use private devices (mobile phones, etc.). All cleaning will be subject to regular supervision to always guarantee a quality service.
3. What will my relationship with the company be like?
- Knowing that communication is fundamental, DAGAL Cleaning Service understands that the customer's trust must be earned the moment the quote is accepted and must be earned in each cleaning we carry out. For this reason, we are supporters of making services more flexible. The customer has no connection with us. There is no contract or any problem in this regard. We believe that, by establishing this open relationship with the customer, we guarantee their long-term satisfaction.
4. What should I do/How should I prepare for the cleaning service?
- As a way of making our service more effective, we only ask that, when we visit to carry out cleaning, the customer avoids having clothes, objects or toys scattered around the house.
5. Will I have to be present during the cleaning?
- It is not necessary to be present at the cleaning, as the details of the service are dealt with beforehand (during the quote or when scheduling the cleaning). However, if you want to monitor the cleaning, there is no harm in doing so. If it is impossible to be present to open the door for the employees, DAGAL Cleaning Service can keep the key to your house (as many customers prefer), because this option gives the customer greater freedom of schedule, as they will not have to wait for the employees to be able to leave the house. This option does not put your security at risk because DAGAL Cleaning Service has a coded and individualized security system for each key, so that its owner can never be detected.
6. What time do cleaning teams normally arrive at the customer's home?
- Arrival at the client's home is agreed upon according to the budget and respected with the utmost rigor. However, as it may be subject to factors to which we are unrelated, (e.g. traffic) even if they arrive late, our cleaning teams will carry out the tasks within the agreed service. If, for any reason, the customer needs to have a precise time for the cleaning team to arrive, DAGAL Cleaning Service is happy to work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
7. Will cleaning always be carried out during normal business hours?
- As a rule, most cleanings are carried out during office hours. However, there may be cases in which cleaning cannot be carried out within these times, which, for us, is not inconvenient as long as this intention is expressed and as long as there is availability for an appointment.
8. What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
- Our customers' homes are treated with the utmost respect and we will prevent anything from happening at all costs. However, if something breaks unexpectedly, we advise our customers to contact us as soon as they notice the problem and we will do our best to repair or replace the damaged item. In any case, our employees are protected with civil liability insurance which, if necessary, will be activated in order to minimize the damage.
9. What if the cleaning service doesn't turn out as I want?
- As in all relationships, communication gaps sometimes exist and, through them, a failure may occur. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning carried out. We will come back and re-clean the areas that were the reason for your dissatisfaction at no additional cost. To do this, simply contact us as soon as you see what you don't like.
10. Am I responsible for any charges/taxes for workers who clean my space?
- It is a fact that, in the case of traditional domestic employees (who work privately) it is the owner of the house who is responsible for that employee's social security contributions, as well as for any problems that may arise. With Prime Clean, the customer is free from any concerns inherent to employees. All social charges for employees of the Prime Clean family are the responsibility of the company, so the customer does not have to worry about anything. Our employees are also covered by personal accident insurance to ensure safety in the workplace.
11. Who provides the cleaning material and equipment?
- With DAGAL Cleaning Service all cleaning equipment and materials are guaranteed by us and the customer is only responsible for supplying water and electricity. However, there is flexibility on our part to use the customer's preferred products if requested.
12. Will I be able to reschedule my cleaning service?
- DAGAL Cleaning Service works for the customer. If the customer calls 48 hours before their normal appointment date, Prime Clean will do its best to accommodate their need to reschedule.
13. What happens if the cleaning is scheduled for a holiday?
- If this happens, DAGAL Cleaning Service will contact the customer to reschedule this cleaning in the most convenient way.
14. How do I pay for cleaning services?
- At DAGAL Cleaning Service payments can be made per service or monthly. Payment for the service must be made after the end of each cleaning, by check or cash delivered to our employees. If you are not present during the cleaning, you can leave the payment in a designated place, so that the team can bring it when you return. Alternatively, you can make payment by bank transfer.
15. Does DAGAL Cleaning Service have extra services such as carpet or sofa cleaning?
- These types of services, as they are considered extra services, must comply with a specific budget and schedule. However, once this desire has been expressed by our client, DAGAL Cleaning Service is happy to satisfy the request and carry out the service.
16. Does DAGAL Cleaning Service have an ironing service?
- If the DAGAL Cleaning Service customer needs an ironing service, simply request this service in advance and we will be happy to find a solution to satisfy your cleaning and ironing needs.
17. What does ecological cleaning mean?
- The ecological cleaning process is simply based on the use of products and procedures capable of reducing the impact on health and the environment. Thus, the main objective is to protect the environment and the health of the occupants of the house or building, potential visitors never forgetting the cleaning staff themselves. The process begins with a careful selection of products, materials and machines used and continues through sustainable, safe and effective anti-dirt, yet environmentally friendly application.
18. How can DAGAL Cleaning Service consider itself an ecological company?
- Knowing that common cleaning products usually contain aggressive chemicals that, although they clean, harm and contaminate the environment, in addition to being able to harm our health (as in cases of asthma and allergies), Prime Clean combines the use of ecological products with a set of procedures that make us a reference in cleaning that is not aggressive to health or the environment.
19. What if I don't want to clean with ecological products because I'm already used to the products I use?
- Being fully aware that, sometimes, we have difficulty getting used to changes, DAGAL Cleaning Service also does not close the door on this type of situation and carries out the cleaning creating a middle ground between what the customer wants and what is ecologically less aggressive. What makes us an ecological company is not only the fact that we use ecological products, but also the ability to proceed in an ecological way, avoiding waste in the use of products and extending the life of materials and equipment.
20. What procedures does DAGAL Cleaning Service adopt to protect the environment?
- Here are some of the procedures that Prime Clean is proud to adopt:
- Use biodegradable products: Those that have disinfectant power and that do not cause harm to the environment or to people in the area to be cleaned;
- When it is not possible to use ecological products, for reasons beyond our control, Prime Clean uses only the dosages necessary for correct cleaning, avoiding waste and reducing the harmful impact on the environment (it must be taken into account that what is unnecessary spending is harmful to the environment and your wallet);
- Use cleaning equipment with a long lifespan (such as microfiber cloths) which, due to their construction, can be reused countless times;
- Always uses equipment aimed at the well-being of the client and consequently the environment (example: vacuum cleaners with Hepa filter);
21. What products does DAGAL Cleaning Service use?
- DAGAL Cleaning Service uses cutting-edge industrial cleaning products that are free from most harmful chemicals present in conventional cleaning products.
22. Will I be able to purchase DAGAL Cleaning Service cleaning products?
- DAGAL Cleaning Service does not sell cleaning products. DAGAL Cleaning Service cleaning products are industrial cleaning products used to provide cleaning services to DAGAL Cleaning Service customers.
